Human recourses main potential of Kazakhstan – D. Becker

According to program developer Dennis Becker the investments should be put into human recourses which is the most important factor of development. All the results are achieved by people and with the help of people. Understanding of teamwork, sense of responsibility for results, motivation to ensure high quality of the product are the main advantage that distinguishes effective teams from ineffective ones.

"I believe that human recourses are the most important potential of Kazakhstan which is not used at present. I see they (people) want to develop their leadership and administrative skills as well as strengthen entrepreneurial spirit", - D. Becker noted.
