Hungarian PM honored with prestigious Dostyq order

 President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev honored Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán with a prestigious Dostyq order of the first degree, Kazinform News Agency reports. 

Ahead of the joint statement, the Kazakh President said Viktor Orbán is well-known in Kazakhstan as an outstanding political leader and a friend tested by time.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev went on to praise the Hungarian politician for his contribution to the development of Kazakh-Hungarian relations. He also highlighted Viktor Orbán’s special role on strengthening close ties of friendship and mutually profitable relations between the Kazakh and Hungarian peoples.

While presenting the Dostyk order, the Head of State revealed it is a symbol of deep respect and gratitude, unity of friendly Kazakh and Hungarian people and our commitment to strengthening relations based on trust and mutual respect.
