Hungary interested in education and science cooperation with Kazakhstan

ASTANA. February 19. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ The issues of students and teachers exchange between Kazakhstan and Hungary were discussed in the Eurasian National L.N. Gumilyov University; Kazinform refers to the web-representative office of the University.

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Hungary to Kazakhstan Balla Yanosh said that ?Hungary is interested in developing relations between the two countries despite the large distance between the countries. Three Hungarian major universities have already made contacts with Kazakhstan. Thereupon, there is possibility to create conditions for cooperation in education?. ?The program of visiting professors is active in our state. For this purpose the government allocates funds from the national budget. Our partnership is just beginning and we hope to invite scientists and professors from Hungary in the framework of this project?, Rector of ENU Bakhytzhan Abdraimov said. The Hungarian Ambassador accepted the proposal of the Rector to read the series of lectures at the Faculty of International Relations.
