Hungary to participate in EXPO-2017 in Astana

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Hungary confirmed its participation in EXPO-2017 in Astana.

"We have accepted the invitation to take part in the Astana Economic Forum this May and are going to participate in the EXPO-2017 event as well," Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán stated after the bilateral talks with his Kazakh counterpart Karim Massimov in Astana on Wednesday. Prime Minister Orbán also emphasized that cooperation in the sphere of culture and education is of paramount importance. "Many Kazakhstani students study in Budapest. Hopefully, after today's negotiations the number of students from Kazakhstan will soar. It is fair to say, therefore, that our visit to Kazakhstan has proved to be successful," he added.
