AgriTek Astana 2009 Expo opens in Astana

ASTANA. March 10. KAZINFORM. /Damir Baimanov/ The Fourth International Exhibition for Agriculture ?AgriTek Astana 2009? has started today in ?Alatau? Sport Complex, Astana.

Over 70 companies from Austria, Germany, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and France take part in the exposition. The event is held under the auspices of Kazakh Ministry of Agriculture, Astana akimat and Kazakhstan Union of Poultry Breeders. The companies expose agricultural equipment, duplicates, technologies of irrigation and fertilization, seeds and seedlings, equipment for poultry and cattle breeding, cattle foodstuffs, veterinary equipment. The exhibition including seminars and conferences on agro-industrial branches will last till March 12.
