ASTANA. December 16. KAZINFORM President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev on the 20th anniversary of independence of Kazakhstan, the President's press service reports.

"I offer my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the 20th anniversary of independence. For the past years Kazakhstan achieved great triumphs in its economic development and ensuring of the people's welfare.
