Path to Europe program presented in Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Within the framework of the visit the diplomat held a meeting with Governor of Plovdiv Province Todor Petkov. At the meeting the main provisions of President Nursultan Nazarbayev?s Message, ?Path to Europe? state program, tasks of the anti-recessionary plan of the Government on the domestic economy stabilization were lightened in detail; the issues of trade-economic cooperation were discussed; priorities of the Kazakh chairmanship in the OSCE in 2010 were touched upon. At the meeting ?Path to Europe? state program for 2009-2011 and a plan on its implementation was presented for governors of the districts of Plovdiv, representatives of trade and industry associations and business circles. Special attention was paid to ?Path to Europe? program implementation aiming at bringing the country to a level of strategic partnership with the European countries.
