I sent no letters to support R.Aliyev neither did I witness to the legal authorities of Austria: Adonis Derbas

(?Fortune?), which purpose is to protect rights of people who suffered from actions of Rakhat Aliyev, I understood that I am not lonely?, Canadian businessman Adonis Derbas said at a special press conference in Almaty today; Kazinform correspondent reports.

Let?s recall, that Kazakhstan?s investigation has stated, that citizen of Canada Adonis Derbas arrived in Kazakhstan in 1998 and started the collateral business with Rakhat Aliyev. After sometime, abusing his office and influence, R.Aliyev discharged А.Derbas from the business. According to the Canadian citizen, R.Aliyev many times tried to restore the relationship with him, invited to move to Vienna for permanent residence, where А.Derbas would have to suit the case against the Government of Kazakhstan for the fact that the criminal case had been illegally filed against him since he had been a partner of R. Aliyev. ?Besides, he wanted me to go to the USA to lobby his interests in the American organizations. I rejected all his proposals?, Western businessman noted . As for the information that the Austrian court refused the extradition of R.Aliyev on the basis of some letter of A. Derbas, the letter declared, that he wrote no letters to support R.Aliyev, neither did he witness to the legal authorities of Austria. As A.Derbas noted, the Western community does not know well who Rakhat Aliyev is. ?Therefore all positive forces have to assist the fund ?Tagdyr? in spreading the impartial information. We can reach success only with collateral efforts. I personally have been doing this for quite a while? I filed the suits in the range of European countries?, he said.
