<i>Zhilstroysberbank</i> proposes its model of mortgage loan

ASTANA. February 17. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ Chairman of the Board of ?Zhilstroysberbank? Nurbibi Nauryzbayeva has told about a mortgage loan model today at the session of the Government, Kazinform reports.

?Purchase of housing by the citizens is supposed at the expense of preliminary housing loan which will be given out through ?SamrukKazyna? National Welfare Fund?s funding for a period of 10 years. People can save money in our bank simultaneously using mortgage loan. They should save half of needed sum ? a half of preliminary housing loan. After the completion of the saving period (10 years), the bank will give out a principal mortgage loan for a period from 5 to 10 years. The total period of use of the loan can be from 15 to 20 years?, Chairman of the Board of ?Zhilstroysberbank? N. Nauryzbayeva said.
