ICAAP Standing Committee suggests creating a ministerial council for dialog of civilizations

ASTANA. March 28. KAZINFORM. /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Co-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) Jose de Venecia has spoken at the 10th session of the ICAPP Standing Committee in Astana.

?Mutual understanding is the only fundament for uniting people all over the world into a civilization that develops only in the context of preservation of peace. This is one of the tasks we have faced during the last few years?, Mr. Jose de Venecia said. According to him, ?to feel confident about the future we should search for way of reaching a consensus, develop a dialog between countries and civilization?. ?We suggest creating a joint ministerial standing council to ensure dialog of civilizations and cultures?, he stressed.
