ICREMER delegation visited al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty
ALMATY. November 24. KAZINFORM Rector of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, academician Galimkair Mutanov met today with a delegation of the International Center for Research and Education on Mineral and Energy Resources (ICREMER) of the Akita University led by head of the Centre, PhD Toshio Mizuta.
Among the members of the foreign delegation are renowned scientists of Japan.
ICREMER Centre was founded on October 1, 2009 as a research and educational institution. Its mission is to initiate establishment of research and educational centers, universities for studying natural resources, technical cooperation and development of human resources in minera-resources-rich countries.
ICREMER interacts with the scientific-research centers of 15 countries of the world.
The parties plan to discuss possible implementation of joint scientific and educational projects as well as conclusion of an agreement within educational and research cooperation.
