ALMATY. February 27. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ Chairman of ?SamrukKazyna? National Welfare Fund Kairat Kelimbetov considers that the country?s construction sector has collapsed due to irresponsibility of the heads of the companies who didn?t estimated possible risks. He announced this at today?s sitting in Almaty today, Kazinform reports.

As it is known, the Government proposed construction companies three schemes of housing ? at fixed and market prices and rental housing through the Fund.
