Immensity of antirecessionary measures in Kazakhstan unprecedented: Senator G.Kasymov
ASTANA. March 6. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ ?The President in his Address concretized all antirecessionary measures discussed earlier?, Deputy of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament Gani Kasymov noted, commenting the speech of the Head of the State at the joint sitting of the Houses of the Parliament.
?Immensity of the antirecessionary measures in Kazakhstan will be unprecedented. A new fact for us is that the primary sector revenues will be directed to the budget directly, and not to the National Fund. The funds from the National Fund will not be taken, the margin to the amount of USD 47 bln will remain. Increase of expenditures for social sphere, salary and pensions payments is provided in the three-year budget. And the increase will outstrip the rates of inflation. I?m sure that the living standards of the population will not decrease?, the Senator said.
G.Kasymov considers that the commission of the President to pay attention to the development of the rural areas is of special importance as well.
According to the Senator, the main point of the Address is the decision on the development of the agriculture, aimed at production of foodstuffs and import relief, and other sectors of the economy.
