KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ "Implementation of projects through NGOs has fragmentary and not system character", President of the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan, Deputy of the Majilis (Lower House of the Kazakh Parliament) Aigul Solovyeva has said today at the plenary session of the IV Civil Forum of Kazakhstan.

"Non-governmental organizations need financing. Big companies, mostly city-forming companies, widely implement social projects. But the realization of projects through NGOs is of fragmentary and not systemic character", she said.
