In Almaty national flag was used instead of truck tarpaulin (PHOTO)

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Photo depicting national flag which was used instead of truck tarpaulin is much debated in social networks.

The photo was loaded on Instagram network about a month ago. Judging by the picture, the truck was traveling on the streets of Almaty, car license plate was visible. There is no information related to the incident from the Internal Affairs Department.
