In nearest time implementation of OSCE Action Plan to Combat Trafficking in Human Beings to be assessed in Kazakhstan - OSCE Special Representative
ASTANA. November 27. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ In the nearest time implementation of the OSCE Action Plan to Combat Trafficking in Human Beings is to be assessed in Kazakhstan. OSCE Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings Maria Grazia Giammarinaro has said it at the OSCE Review Conference.
"I want to thank the Kazakh chairmanship for paying high priority to these issues in the political agenda. It allows to monitor mar of events in this field. I hope that this work will be continued under the Lithuanian presidency", Maria Grazia Giammarinaro said.
She noted that it is necessary to improve work on fulfillment of the OSCE participating states obligations on combating human trafficking, search new ways for identification of gaps, disadvantages for systematic monitoring of implementation of the OSCE Actions Plan.
"And such assessment will be held in Kazakhstan in the nearest future", the OSCE Special Representative informed.
