Inauguration of President Putin takes place in the Grand Kremlin Palace

MOSCOW. KAZINFORM Vladimir Putin will begin his fourth term as Russian president on Monday after he takes oath at a ceremony in the St Andrew's hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace.

Putin got a record big number of votes in the March 2018 election - 76.7% and secured a new presidential term for himself that will last for six years, TASS reports.
