Inclement weather is here to stay, say Kazakhstani forecasters

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Inclement weather is set to take hold of most regions of Kazakhstan today, March 22. Rains, fog, black ice and stiff wind are expected countrywide, according to Kazhydromet.

Eastern and southeastern Kazakhstan will enjoy weather without precipitation. Wind gusting up to 15-20 meters per second will batter Akmola, Zhambyl. Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Karaganda and East Kazakhstan regions. South Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Mangystau, Aktobe, Akmola, Zhambyl, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Karaganda and East Kazakhstan regions will be steeped in fog. Black ice is forecast for Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar and Karaganda regions.
