Independent judicial system succeeded in Kazakhstan over 20 years of independence - Senate Speaker

TANA. November 11. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Over 20 years of independence of Kazakhstan there was succeeded an independent judicial system capable of fulfilling its functions of protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens and the legitimate interests of legal persons.

Senate Chairman Kairat Mami has announced at a conference titled "Independence of judiciary and judges in the administration of justice: problems of law enforcement practice and prospects of legal regulation".

"The judicial system functions as a well organized mechanism, which allows to achieve positive development in ensuring openness and transparency of the proceedings," he said.
