Independent Kazakhstan - yesterday, today, tomorrow

ASTANA. December 16. KAZINFORM Representatives of the Polish President's Administration, Prime Ministry's Office, ministries and departments, foreign diplomats, heads of large companies and mass media, Kazakh Diaspora and students, who study in Warsaw, have taken part in a reception "Independent Kazakhstan - yesterday, today, tomorrow" in the occasion of the Kazakh Independence Day celebration; the Kazakh Embassy's press service reports.

Kazakh Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Aleksei Volkov told about Kazakhstan's success over the years of independence, creation of basis to market economy and adherence to democratic values.

It was noted that such achievements of our country in the foreign policy sphere like chairmanship in the OSCE in 2010 and OIC in 2011 positively influence on implementation of key initiatives of the Kazakh President on further development of the CICA, Congress of leaders of world and traditional religions, and Ministerial Conference "Common World: Progress through Diversity".

The Kazakh Ambassador expressed hope on Poland's support in the issue of "Path to Europe" program implementation. "Poland has great experience in political and economic transformation and could be one of Kazakhstan's conductors in this program implementation", he said.
