Inflation made 1.5% in Feb 2011: Statistics Agency

ASTANA. March 11. KAZINFORM /Zhanna Korkitova/ The prices in some segments of the economy changed in February, 2011, the Kazakh Statistics Agency reports.

"The inflation rate made 1.5% in February this year. The prices in industry have increased by 3.2% for a month, in agriculture - by 2.9%, wholesale trade - by 1.1%, construction sector - by 0.7%, forestry - by 0.6%," the Agency informed.

The tariffs for cargo transportation, postal, courier and communication services for legal entities remained unchanged.
