KAZINFROM /Bauyrzhan Mukanov/ ?Information on dismissal of 200 thousand students from the higher education institutions of the Republic is incorrect?, Head of the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science Zhanseit Tuimebayev has said today at the session of the Board of the Ministry, Kazinform reports.
?The information about dismissal of 200 thousand students for nonpayment is incorrect. In 2008 about 7 thousand students were dismissed from the higher education institutions, 3 thousand of them were dismissed for academic failure?, the Minister said.
?In accordance with our commission to rectors, flexible schedule of charges will be introduced for all students, studying for a fee. Secondly, we will provide excellent high school students with 700 government grants. And thirdly, the Financial Center under the Ministry of Education and Science together with banks will grant loans to all willing students, if the institute is bail for him?, Z.Tuimebayev said.
