Integration - way to improve our people's life quality: D. Medvedev

MOSCOW. March 17. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Integration is a way to improve the quality of life of our people. Russian President Dmitri Medvedev has made it public at a meeting with his Kazakh colleague Nursultan Nazarbayev.

D. Medvedev complimented the stable character of the bilateral Kazakh-Russian relations as well as the work conducted in 2010 within the Customs Union and on establishing the European Economic Community. "This was a qualitative step forward in the integration process. It is obvious that this year is expected to be eventful as well," the Russian President said.

"Integration is a way to improve the life quality of our people. Following the path of integration, establishing modern forms of integration we build the foundation for future prosperous life. However, we still have a lot to do," D. Medvedev emphasized.
