Internal Ministry developed anti-drug strategy for 2012-2016

ASTANA. November 2. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ The Kazakh Ministry of Internal Affairs has elaborated an anti-drug strategy for 2012-2016.

Deputy Chairman of the Committee on combating drug trafficking and control over illicit trafficking in drugs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yryskeldy Dzhandarbekov has announced it during a videoconference in RIA Novosti international press center in Astana.

He noted that the complex of programs included in this strategy foresees law enforcement, preventive measures, strengthening of the southern borders of Kazakhstan to prevent Afghan drug trafficking and etc.
