Investigation resumed in Boeing crash case in Perm
"The Investigative Committee told us that the investigation was resumed under the lawsuit from the widow of the Boeing crew commander Rodion Medvedev. The investigation was extended until February 15," he said.
According to Itar-Tass, "The Boeing-737-500 airliner of the Aeroflot-Nord airlines, which was on the Moscow-Perm flight, crashed in the slide down for the landing on September 14, 2008. The air crash killed all 88 people onboard the airliner," the lawyer said.
The detectives found that the air crash was triggered by "the loss of the sense of orientation by the crew commander Rodion Medvedev in a psychologically unstable state caused by the alcohol in the blood."
The Russian Investigative Committee did not make official reports.
