Islam and democracy are compatible and can coexist in any state and anywhere in world

ASTANA. November 27. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ We should turn the OSCE face to the Asian space. Chairman of public association "Civic movement for legal Kazakhstan" of Kostanay city Mikhail Dauenov has announced it at the OSCE Review Conference in Astana.

"Moreover, we should change social consciousness and all people should understand that Islam and democracy are compatible and can coexist in any atmosphere, in any state and anywhere in the world", he said.

According to M.Dauenov, Islam is a religion that preaches peace on earth and has no relation to terrorism.
