Issues of financing within forced industrial-innovative development program discussed
The Coordination Council on forced industrial-innovative development of Kazakhstan was established by the Decree of the Government in order to coordinate the activity of the state bodies, development institutes, state holdings and regions. The activity of the Council is concentrated around development of recommendations on support of particular projects, sectors of the economy and business initiatives.
The working group on the financial instruments and investments was established by the decision of the Coordination Council on July 10. The main purpose of the group is consideration and substantiation of effective for state and business mechanisms of financial industrial development.
Chairman of the group is Kazakh Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Yerkhat Iskaliyev. Representatives of the state bodies, developemtn institutes, business structures, second-tier banks and other interested parties are among the members of the group.
Vice Minister Yerkhat Iskaliyev noted at the meeting that the activity of the group will be built on the principles of transparency of the relations between the business and the state bodies, concentrated around the support of instruments of financing of the particular sectors, taking into account the initiatives of the financial sector on the support of the forced industrial-innovative development program.
Upon the results of the session proposals on the topical issues of financing within the forced industrial-innovative development program were developed.
