IV Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions to convene in Astana May 30-31

ASTANA. May 30. KAZINFORM The IV Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions will take place in Astana on May 30-31.

"Peace and Harmony as the Choice of the Mankind" is the main theme of the Congress, which will consist of a plenary session and four sectional sessions. The sectional sessions will cover topics such as the role of religious leaders in achieving sustainable development; religion and multiculturalism; religion and women; as well as religion and youth. Overall 74 delegates from 30 countries have confirmed their participation, the Kazakh MFA's press service said.
