IV International Investment Forum kicks off in Yalta

YALTA. July 5. KAZINFORM - Yalta starts a two-day IV International Investment Forum - "Yalta business meetings."The event is held in order to strengthen financial and banking and economic integration in the CIS. The business forum will be attended by representatives of the (central) national banks, heads of financial and economic ministries and departments, banking associations and organizations, as well as heads of major commercial banks, representatives of investment companies in the Commonwealth.

The business program of the event is to consider the issues of development of financial markets and increase investment attractiveness of the economies of the CIS, interaction of banking and stock markets, and establishment of an integrated exchange of the CIS.

The forum will conduct "round tables" on integration of the stock markets of the CIS countries and harmonization of legislation in the financial markets of the Commonwealth.

Also focus will be on successful experience of the socio-economic changes in the countries of the CIS. As one of the positive examples participants will review the achievements of Kazakhstan in the field of strategic planning and actualization of reached decisions.

Forum is organized by the Finance and Banking Council of CIS together with the Government of Ukraine, with the support of the Executive Committee of the CIS and VTB Bank.
