Born in Kzyl-Orda city, he graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh State University, gained his master’s degree from the Geneva Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations.

Malik Abdykadirov (1978) – Deputy Director-General for Commercial Affairs at Ozenmunaygas.

Born in the Turkmen SSR, he graduated from the Kainar University, Yessenov Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering, received his master’s degree from the University of Aberdeen.
