During his career Baimishev worked at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazgeoinform company, the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, He also served as the Vice Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development between 2019 and 2022.
