Jibek Joly TV Channel honored for its coverage of fight against corruption in Kazakhstan

The International Anti-Corruption Day is marked on December 9. Within the framework of this holiday Jibek Joly TV Channel won in the nomination The Best TV Channel of the Year for its contribution to the fight against corruption in the society, Kazinform News Agency reports.

The TV channel was honored at the IX Adal Tulga Awards in Astana on Saturday. Civil servants, journalists, activists, volunteers who help fight corruption in Kazakhstan became the honorees of the Adal Tulga Awards.

Along with The Best TV Channel category, there were other nominations, namely The Best Online Mass Media of the Year, The Best Journalist of the Year, The Most Honest Policeman, Business against Corruption and more.
