Job fair organized for unemployed youth of Astana

ASTANA. October 30. KAZINFORM A job fair for unemployed youth is taking place today in the metropolitan Employment center organized by the Administration of employment and social programs of Astana city. This is reported by the press service of the agency, Kazinform refers to astana.kz.

The job fair is a unique chance for the unemployed to be interviewed by dozens of employers over a few hours, as they say in the Center.

"Today we've invited more than 15 employers. Here is the Department of internal affairs offering over 200 vacancies in security sector, kindergartens which need educators and their assistants, and construction organizations which always offer a great number of vacancies", - Ayazhan Kazkeeva, the head of reception and employment department of the Employment center of Astana city akimat, told astana.kz.

According to her, this job fair is the 12th in succession.

"As of today, this is the 12th and the last job fair this year, it is held for young people. We also hold career guidance work for graduates of 9-11 grades, we explain which professions are in demand today at the labor market", - says Ayazhan Kazkeeva.

As is reported by the fair organizers, specialists from the Employment center offer consultations regarding various issues here. They tell about opportunities to complete retraining and get a new profession, opportunities for graduates of educational institutions to pass youth practical training, and about other measures of state support within the framework of the program "Employment road map 2020".

The job fair is taking place in the Employment center of Astana city akimat finishing at 13.00.
