KAZINFORM - The judiciary system of Kazakhstan must be ready to react to ever changing requirements within the current integration, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov wrote in his welcome speech read by Berdybek Sparbayev at the roundtable "Judiciary system and stable legislation - basis for attractive investment climate" held in Rixos Hotel.

"Presently, the government took a number of measures aimed at building a judiciary system as an independent branch of the government implementing constitutional authorities on protection of the rights and legal interests of individuals and legal entities. At the same time, with the consideration of the current economic conditions and integration processes taking place in the Eurasian countries, the judiciary system of the country must be ready to react to ever changing requirements of our time," the Prime Minister wrote in his welcome address. K. Massimov also noted that since January 1 when the new Criminal Procedure Code, Penal Execution Code and the Administrative Offense Code will elevate the level the law-enforcement system to a new level.
