Junior Science Olympiad finished in Astana
ASTANA. April 27. KAZINFORM. Intellectual School of the First President of Kazakhstan announced results of the first Junior Science Olympiad for children under 15 organized by Orken JSC in Astana.

22 teams including 11 representing regions of Kazakhstan and Almaty city, 6 Astana teams and 5 representing the Intellectual School of the First President of Kazakhstan took part in the competition.
The Scientific Committee chaired by Kazbek Baktybekov, the Head of the Eurasian National University International Department of the nuclear physics, new materials and technologies, gave the first place to the team of Akmola region. The second place was given to students of Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum of Zhambyl Region and the third one ? to the Aktobe team.
Judges and participants of the Olympiad noted high level of organization and holding of the competition.
