Kairat Ishchanov elected Senate Vice Speaker

TANA. November 24. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ New deputy chairman of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament has been elected at the House's plenary sitting today.

The former Deputy Chairman, Mukhambet Kopeyev was relieved of duties by the Kazakh President's decree. Senate Speaker Kairat Mami proposed the candidature of Kairat Ishchanov, Chairman of Finance and Budget Committee. In open ballot 46 MPs cast their votes for Ishchanov.
