Kanat Saudabayev wished success to next chairing in OSCE country Lithuania
'Today we express our gratitude to our predecessor - Greece and proudly pass the chairmanship in the OSCE to the next presiding country Lithuania and wish it success', Kanat Saudabayev said during the Summit in Astana.
Besides, he congratulated our brotherly country Ukraine on being elected as the OSCE presiding country in 2013.
The Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also assured participants of the Summit that Kazakhstan would remain an active member of the Organization.
At the end of his speech Kanat Saudabayev addressed the heads of delegations to call them for finding compromise in regard of the most relevant issues on strengthening security in the space from Vancouver to Vladivostok. 'It would become the first step of the realization of Kazakhstan's initiative on forming Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian community of single and inseparable security. It would be good reflection of our hopes on better and safer world', he added.
