Karin chairs meeting of Republican Commission for Personnel Training Abroad

 A meeting of the Republican Commission for Personnel Training Abroad was held under the chairmanship of Kazaлh State Counselor Yerlan Karin, Kazinform News Agency cites Akorda. 

Based on the Commission’s decision, 167 Kazakhstanis were awarded the Bolashak scholarship. 131 scholarship holders will be studying for their master's degree, four for their doctor's degree, and 32 will be taking internships at the world's top universities and production centers.

65% of the Bolashak scholarship holders are to graduate from engineering and technical specialties and natural science subjects, and the rest 35% from social and humanitarian subjects.

During the meeting, it was decided to the Bolashak scholarship was granted to 481 scholars for taking internships at the leading scientific centers of the world.

Following the meeting, the State Counselor gave concrete instructions to further realize the Bolashak international scholarship and programs for scientific internship.
