Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulates Finland on Independence Day

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated his Finnish counterpart Sauli Niinistö and the people of Finland on Independence Day, Kazinform News Agency cites Akorda.

In his telegram, the Kazakh President expressed admiration for Finland’s achievements in building a favorable state, promotion of global peace, climate agenda and sustainable development.

Finland is a long-standing and reliable partner of Kazakhstan in the European Union and we are ready for further deepening of cooperation in many spheres including energy, investments and green growth, the telegram reads.
