Kassym-Jomart Tokayev receives Kazakh culture minister

The Head of State received Kazakh Culture and Information Minister Aida Balayeva, Kazinform Agency learnt from the Akorda press service.

The minister reported on the ministry’s current work and its reorganization, new projects aimed at developing culture and information, religion and interethnic relations, civil society, family and youth policy. Aida Balayeva also reported on the development of the creative industry, improving cinema and book industries, and developing several draft laws.

Following the meeting, the Head of State set the ministry certain tasks.
