Kassym-Jomart Tokayev welcomes Viktor Orbán in Akorda
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev hosted Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán in the Akorda presidential residence, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The bilateral talks in the Akorda presidential residence were preceded by a traditional welcome from the Guard of Honor to the high-level guest.
The presidential orchestra played the national anthems of the two countries. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Viktor Orbán came up to the national flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and then held negotiations in a narrow format.
Earlier it was reported that Viktor Orbán had arrived in Astana on Wednesday evening.
The leadership of the two countries will touch upon the issues of expanding Kazakh-Hungarian cooperation in trade and economic, investment as well as cultural and humanitarian spheres.
