KazAgro financed 764 projects of N Kazakhstan farm producers

KAZINFORM "Since the beginning of the year KazAgro has received 973 applications from North Kazakhstan farm producers. 764 projects worth KZT 11 bln were financed," Serikbai Turalinov, head of the region's agriculture department, said at the meeting with reps of KazAgro National Holding and governor of the region Yerik Sultanov.

Four investment projects to the amount of KZT 2,9 bln are being realized now. 38 investment projects worth KZT 12,6 bln were realized in the region since 2007 with participation of 83% of KazAgro loan proceeds.

Realization of projects let increase crop storage capacities by 292,000 tons, breeding stock by 4,200 units, milk production by 27,000 tons. As a result the volume of capital investments into the agriculture grew by 50% for the past three years to make KZT 44 bln.
