?KazAgro?plans to continue development of grain export potential in 2009

ASTANA. January 14. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ It is planned to continue development of the grain export potential. CEO of ?KazAgro? Holding Assylzhan Mamytbekov has informed about it today at the extended session of the Board of Kazakh Ministry of Agriculture; Kazinform correspondent reports.

In particular, it is planned to extend the grain terminal in Aktau city. ?We invested into the grain terminal in Amirabad (Iran), in Baku. Now, we see new opportunities to supply our grain to the markets of the Caspian and Transcaucasian regions. In the nearest future there can appear some problems with shipping. And this project will prevent decrease of grain export?, the CEO noted.
