Kazakh Ambassador and Deputy Chairman of Turkmen Cabinet of Ministers met

ASTANA. January 15. KAZINFORM A meeting of Kazakh Ambassador Askhat Orazbai with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Tachberdy Tagiyev was held Tuesday in Ashgabat, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.

Issues of bilateral cooperation in fuel and energy sphere were discussed at the meeting. The sides noted coincidence of long-term interests of both states in extending and diversification of exports of produced hydrocarbon resources, including joint projects of construction of the Caspian Sea gas pipe line, gas pipe line from Turkmenistan to China through Kazakhstan. Issues, concerning the holding of regular bilateral session of intergovernmental commission in Astana were discussed as well.
