Kazakh Ambassador K. Sarybay presents credentials to Federal President of Austria H. Fischer

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - On March 14 in "Hofburg" Palace Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Sarybay presented credentials to the Federal President of Austria Heinz Fischer, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.

During the event the Kazakh diplomat conveyed President Nursultan Nazarbayev's greetings to the head of Austria. In turn, Mr. Heinz Fischer expressed his gratitude for the warm words of the leader of Kazakhstan. He said that he attaches great importance to the development of the Kazakh-Austrian relations. Noting the successful enhancement of economic and trade ties Fischer drew attention to the great potential in that sphere. Kazakh Ambassador stated that Kazakhstan was interested in expanding investments from Austria as it had leading position in green technology, construction and tourism. Kairat Sarybay added that the International specialized exhibition "Expo-2017" could become an effective platform for the active involvement of Austrian companies. In conclusion Dr. Heinz Fischer sent his best regards to President Nazarbayev.
