Kazakh Ambassador, Kyrgyz Defense Minister meet

BISHKEK. January 15. KAZINFORM /Vladimir Dobrovolsky/ Kazakh Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Ospanov met with Kyrgyz Minister of Defense Bakytbek Kalyyev yesterday; Kazinform reports.

According to the Kazakh Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, within the meeting the parties discussed prospects of interaction of the two countries in the framework of the CSTO and other issues of bilateral military-technical cooperation. At the meeting with the Kazakh diplomat informed the Kyrgyz Ministry of Defense of the country leadership activities, which are directed to decrease influence of the world financial crisis and threats on Kazakhstan?s economy.
