Kazakh Ambassador meets <i>NEXI</i> CEO

ASTANA. February 3. KAZINFORM Kazakh Ambassador Akylbek Kamaldinov met with Chairman of ?NEXI? Nippon Export and Investment Insurance Hidehiro Konno in Tokyo last week; Kazinform refers to the Kazakh MFA?s press service.

Within the meeting the leadership of ?NEXI? was acquainted with the results of social-economic development of Kazakhstan and measures taken by the Kazakh Government on support of steady growth and further development of the Kazakh economy. The Kazakh Ambassador informed the Japanese side of goals and tasks of the National Welfare Fund ?SamrukKazyna? which was created recently and introduced a list of breakthrough infrastructural and investment projects. Highly appraising efforts of the Kazakh Government on creation of favorable conditions for investment activity, H.Konno expressed NEXI's readiness for further cooperation.
