Kazakh Ambassador met with Kyrgyz Parliament Speaker

ASTANA. March 1. KAZINFORM Kazakh Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Beibit Isabayev met with Chairman of the Kyrgyz Parliament Akhmetbek Keldibekov in Bishkek, the press service of the Kazakh Embassy reported.

B.Isabayev handed over an invitation of Kazakh Majilis Speaker U.Mukhamedzhanov to the 2^nd session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking States to the Kyrgyz Speaker. The session will be held in Astana in April this year.

A.Keldibekov accepted the invitation. He highly appraised the level of bilateral contacts and expressed gratitude to Kazakhstan for help and support.

The sides also discussed the current state and prospects of the Kazakh-Kyrgyz relations, in particular, the issues of activation of the interparliamentary cooperation.
