Kazakh Ambassador presented credentials to Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan

BAKU. March 20. KAZINFORM Newly appointed Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Amangeldy Zhumabayev presented the copies of credentials to the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mamedyarov in Baku.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister warmly welcomed the Kazakh diplomat and congratulated him on his appointment and wished success in promoting the Kazakh-Azerbaijani strategic partnership.

In turn, Zhumabayev said that he would fully carry out its task and to look for new ways to deepen and intensify bilateral relations.

Besides, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan said that Kazakhstan was interested in expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan, and noted the need to enhance the dynamics of trade and economic fields.

The sides also exchanged views on a number of important issues, in particular in the field of energy and transport, and discussed in detail the upcoming events nearest agenda.
