Kazakh Ambassador presents credentials to President of Slovenia

Ambassador of Kazakhstan Daniyar Sarekenov presented his credentials to the President of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, at a ceremony held in the Presidential Palace, the press service of the Kazakh MFA reported.

During the conversation after the ceremony, Ambassador Sarekenov conveyed warm greetings and best wishes on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and confirmed the intention of official Astana to further strengthen and expand the multifaceted partnership with Ljubljana, evidenced by the establishment of a diplomatic mission of Kazakhstan in the capital of Slovenia.

The Kazakh Ambassador noted the current high level of cooperation between the two countries, and emphasized the importance of intensifying interaction and implementation of joint projects in trade, economic and investment spheres.

In turn, the President of Slovenia, congratulating the Kazakh diplomat on the beginning of his official mission, stated that she highly appreciates the decision of the leadership of Kazakhstan to open the embassy in Ljubljana and assured of her desire to further develop mutually beneficial relations.

President Pirc Musar confirmed her upcoming visit to Kazakhstan in 2025 and expressed confidence that her meeting and negotiations with President Tokayev will bring the existing relations between the two countries to a new level.

At the end of the meeting, the President of Slovenia wished the Kazakh Ambassador success in strengthening relations between the two countries and conveyed her best wishes to the leadership and people of Kazakhstan.
